Born in Borá, SP, 1945.

Graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP), in 1972 and admitted to the Brazilian Bar in 1973. He has attended several specialization courses in the Business Law area and acted as manager of legal department in foreign capital companies in Brazil. He joined the firm in 2006.
