Born in São Paulo, SP, 1960.
Graduated from the Law School of the University of São Paulo (USP), in 1982 and admitted to the Brazilian Bar in 1983. Master Degree by the Public Health School of USP in 2002; Post-Graduation in Environmental Management of the Public Health School and Architecture School of USP in 1999; professor of the Post-Graduation Course in Environmental Law of the Public Health and Law Schools of USP; professor of Environmental Law of the Law School of Uninove. Former councilor of CONSEMA (Federal Environmental Council), CONPRESP (São Paulo State Environmental Council) and Environmental and Sustained Development Council of the City of São Paulo. He made and published dozens of speeches and articles related to Environmental Law throughout the country and recently published his book "National System of Conservation Units", Editora Revista dos Tribunais, 2006. He joined the firm in 2006.
